Installation and Programming Guide:

1.Disconnect battery; clean mounting surfaces; verify OEM fitment.

2. Tighten bolts diagonally to spec; replace all gaskets and seals.

3. Align flywheel to transmission; prime fuel system before start.

4. Idle 10–15 min for break-in; re-torque bolts after 50 hours.

Engine Assembly Daily Maintenance:

1. Check engine oil level and coolant level daily before startup.

 2.Inspect for oil, fuel and coolant leaks around gaskets and joints.

3.Clean air filter regularly; replace filter element if clogged.

4.Check belt tension and wear condition.

5.Change engine oil and oil filter following recommended service hours.

6.Drain water from fuel‑water separator periodically.

7.Listen for abnormal noise during running; resolve faults timely.
