Thermostat Simple Installation Guide:

1. Drain partial coolant and place a drain pan below thermostat housing.

2. Dismantle thermostat cover, remove old thermostat and worn gasket.

4. Fit new thermostat (spring side toward engine), install new gasket, fasten housing bolts evenly.

5. Refill coolant, complete cooling‑system air bleeding.

6. Start engine, check for leakage and monitor normal water‑temperature reading.
