Hydraulic Fan Motor Installation Notes:

1. Before starting installation, check the specifications of your excavator fan motor, oil seals and shaft splines. Make sure the OEM part number fits your excavator or wheel loader model correctly.

2. Thoroughly clean the whole hydraulic cooling circuit before assembly. Remove grime, metal shavings and other contaminants to reduce abrasion and protect the fan motor from early damage.

3. Follow the fluid direction markings on the motor housing during mounting. Do not assemble the fan motor backward; reversed fitting will result in unit failure.

4. Test hydraulic pressure and inspect all pipeline joints. Refill the system with premium matched hydraulic oil according to the machine’s official requirements.

5. Fasten all connecting bolts gradually and evenly. Uneven torque may trigger component deformation and hydraulic oil seepage.

6. Perform a no-load trial run once installation is completed. Check for oil leaks, unusual noise and fan motor response before operating the machine under working load.
